Weak decision making

Pros

Not sure what the recent positive reviews are all about. Not true. We have a much nicer office now *Most people are helpful and work well together (see cons) Good pay WFH

Cons

Leaders don't seem to be on the same page, even though they have off-sites and go through team building exercises all the time In most cases immature and in some cases overbearing archaic process Stressful deadlines Weak unscalable product offerings There doesn't seem to be a strategy around anything Hire product managers like some of the newer ones who've joined, the ones who've been around for a while seem to just meddle in things they shouldn't be meddling in and try to make negligible product releases seem like big wins *Attitudes abound - check your ego's at the door

Great place to work!

Pros

The company had a lot of attrition at the beginning of the year but the CEO and HR addressed the company directly about it and boosted morale. The amount of transparency here is incomparable to any other company I have worked for. Keep it up! I have never worked for a place that actually lived by its values. Sometimes they fall short, but they always are working to be better. Great perks! Snacks, meals, really nice office, happy hours (killer patio), yearly baseball outing, free gym membership, so many treats. Great benefits! BCBS, 401k match, actual generous shares in the company

Cons

Executives used to be approachable but recently seem scattered and hard to find. A lot of us are stretched thin.
