Pros

The core team (Country Manager, HR, Marketing) promotes initiatives so that people do not complain about something they do not like about their job (for example, by giving occasional gifts).

Cons

The Country Manager and his core team are always looking for weaknesses in the people who work there. Instead of helping them, in the end they end up forcing the person who is not to their liking to resign from their position.

Hi and thank you for your honest opinion. While it is good to know your strengths and weaknesses as a professional and work on them, the way you describe it in your review is against our people-centric culture. We'll share your feedback with our teams and thanks again for letting us know your perspective.

Pros

You are student or post-graduate and seeking for first job where you can get at least some experience and agree to get low salary and often boring job - you are always welcome. But don't forget to change company after 1-1.5 year to get professional growth.

Cons

Strong bureaucracy make your professional and especially financial growth very limited. Don't expect to get something more during few first years on SoftServe than you get in job proposal... Be prepared to participate in support projects with old technologies and a lot of low-quality code and be sold to customer as senior developer when you are only advanced junior or middle developer. SoftServe external rates mostly are low so probably on most projects you will be underpaid.
