Pretty good place to work

Pros

The company provides a positive work environment with flexible working hours and limited micromanagement. Many projects to rotate to if opportunity arise. Compensation package for relocation is provided Bench have quite nice compensation, in the end I have been offered a job at another firm!

Cons

All is good, no complains

Excellent mentorship and clear career roadmap. Access to SoftServe University and certifications. Flexible remote work policy and good benefits. Friendly atmosphere and supportive teams. Opportunity to switch projects via the internal talent pool.

Cons

Salary is often below market average for juniors. Review processes can be slow and bureaucratic. Some legacy projects have outdated technology stacks.
