Cons

Very positive experience for first 2 years of employment. At the moment getting only worse. Cutting cost everywhere. A lot of people being fired regardless of labor law in Poland. Developers have full responsibility for the project, while managers have no. Depending on a project, you might be forced to work over time.

Benefits, remote work, activities, pay.

Cons

There are not enough clients/projects. If for any reason the project ends they let you go. I spent one month in bench and no interview at all. They sold me the project at least with a duration of 2 years and this one only tooks 11 months.
