      The company is in free fall

      Pros

      It used to be a decent place to work.

      Cons

      Since some former T-System employees took over the very top managerial positions the company is in freefall. They put only friends in key position, the rest of the employees were relegated to do the hard work without any recognition or promotion. Then, when FIT was sold to Syntax, the same former T-System managers flew to greener pastures, but they left a mess in the company. Now we have too much micromanagement, it seems the new owners don´t care about it, the company needs a purge . Some people get promoted just because they are relatives or friends of the mid-managers.

      Pros

      CEO of Americas is a playboy (founder's son with no experience other than being a son of the founder), so maybe you can hang with him and get some perks like heavy drinking and other things.

      Cons

      VC owned and ran. Expect major cuts at any point in the future. No employee satisfaction and constant fear of losing your job.

      Dont trust

      Pros

      Company provides some good benefits on paper not sure even that is true.

      Cons

      Too many, never trust management. They only going to speak without any action. Being in this company, stress gonna increase insignificant way with no help. Even reaching out to C- level not going to help you, based on personal experience.
