great benefits overall.. for the most part, store management works with you on having a decent work/life balance..

Cons

senior leadership lead with deceit.. commission incentives slowly being taken away and pay is being geared to an hourly only style.. store closings leading to overstaffing on all levels, no room for promotions.. exploiting sales reps to do managerial work, only to lead to no promotion.
