      This is a customer support sweat shop, if that's what you like then hire on.

      Cons

      I was told my salary would be 14-15 per hour, full time, w/benefits. I go for boarding call and find out the position pays 8.50 per hour, only 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, crazy shift hours, ask to log out if call volume is low, the position is seasonal, and no benefits. Yes that's right. Person in HR running the call had her kids crying in the background, just so unprofessional. For me, I was hired and then quit in the same day because of all the lies about the position. I have never seen such a employer lie so much on the details of a job position.

      This company puts up a feont like they are professional. They will make you feel like you are hired.

      Cons

      The Talent Acquisitions they want to be called are very unprofessional and unpredictable. I was told that I was hired and was never sent any of the paperwork. They completely forgot about me. I should have known when it started with waiting for the offer email. The recruits should not have to keep "bothering you" if you recruiters do your job properly. They have pulled this on so many people. This company needs to mystery shop their own company because people are completely not doing their jobs here.

      The individuals in my training class were nice.

      Cons

      Does not provide a lot of leeway for scheduling managers a rude They pick favorites managers don't seem to help until person wants to leave.
