Pros

Working from Home, short work shifts and great team of co-workers.

Cons

The training is inconsistent and does not prepare you for the job. 50% of the time their systems do not work and you are blamed for the problem. They hire too many people for projects and cannot handle the capacity on their servers. Hourly pay is barely above minimum wage.

Good support, good training, working at home was a great benefit

Cons

Can be laid off with no warning, unable to save or print some documentation that would make the job easier to do, sometimes programs did not work properly
