Pros

Easy to obtain employment ( 🚩) Remote

Cons

This company is absolutely horrible. Training is without a doubt not sufficient for the job you’re doing. You will learn 10% of the information you need for the job in training and then you’re thrown to the wolves. You’re told to “use your resources” to obtain info on what and how to do tasks, these resources are extremely outdated and are not helpful. TL’s have entirely to many agents to oversee and unfortunately they are just as undertrained so even if you do get the attention of one when you run into a problem, chances are they have no clue how to solve it. For instance, my TL was LITERALLY in my training class for the LAST WEEK of training and she come from another project so she literally knew NOTHING about the project we were on. This place is an absolute mess. Then, when their programs fail to properly work recording your calls, your metrics suffer and they claim there’s nothing they can do about it. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place is a clown show. Oh yeah, and know, if you’re hired on as bilingual- the mandatory scripts and other resources ONLY come in English, you have to translate this on your own as you go. They CLAIM to be so diverse however unfortunately they aren’t.

Pros

- Paid training - Work from home option - Equipment provided (except Ethernet extension cord, if you need one) - Management is fairly understanding of personal situations

Cons

- Insufficient training - Not everything is explained clearly, you are left to fend for yourself a lot of the times - Slow equipment that is always lagging, and then you are yelled at because you’re not “doing your job efficiently” - Unorganized

Pros

You can work from home and the pay is good

Cons

Communication is not good at all. You get penalize for not doing your job correctly, because of the TLs you were trained by and when you bring it up to management or when you have team meetings, they sweep it under the rug. The training is very short, and there is a lot you have to cover in a short amount of time but some of the stuff you learned in training can sometimes be wrong. The scheduling is also not good because you are basically having to choose to sacrifice important things such as going to the doctor or losing your job. They don't give pay raises. I have been promoted from CSR to Tier 1 Fraud to now Tier 2 Fraud and have been here over a year now and I have yet to get a raise.
