Pros

Pay and the fact they offered daily pay for the project I was on

Cons

Constant system issues . Micromanaging and always unsure of contract ending terms . Not a stable job if it’s a temporary position.

• Manageable workload, especially with non-US customers • Good environment to gain experience • Calls are generally easy to handle

Position was easy to learn

Cons

Horrible Schedule, I had Sunday and Wednesdays off which are terrible if you want to plan a family getaway. You deal with a lot of rude customers but that's the life of customer service.
