Pros

- Absolute freedom to decide your career trajectory - Tremendous learning opportunities - Competitive salary/benefits - Healthy work/life balance

Cons

- Not much of travel opportunities. - Simply because more often than not, designs go from conception to execution within the same group. Most stakeholders are available at the same site. - Customer interactions and other such meetings are taken care of by FAE and higher management.
