Pros

Good work culture, quality work for youngsters (Analog only), reasonable work life balance.

Cons

I was in a SW Team. With TI pulling out of Wireless/Mobile segment, there is nothing much for SW professionals, except for some maintenance or side activities.

Nice place to work,Good manager,Good tech work,Good benefits,

Cons

Lots of overhead staff in support.Closed Mobile and wireless.Attrition seems high. Not as good as was 3-4 years back
