stable work environment, generally lots of freedom to explore and do more than required of the job

Cons

vertical growth limited in India specifically due to the nature of the business in India. This could though change in the future as the site grows in significance both in the region and globally.

Very good talent pool across project groups. Very helpful environment. Good learning environment & great starting place for your career.

Cons

Very slow growth as most of the organizations are stagnant. Pay is very nominal to most of the employees except for the top most performers.
