Pros

Working for a really great cause. Passion of fellow employees who aren't in senior mgmt.

Cons

The management doesn't seem to value individual employees much and also were quite disorganized. When employees cited complaints, they were generally swept under the rug.

Pros

Great lifeline coworkers. Great supervisors/support. Relaxed atmosphere. Extreme scheduling flexibility/accommodations. Great place to work if you're a gay white cis-male. And/or of higher socioeconomic status.

Cons

Not as inclusive as one might hope for. Extreme lack of diversity, and despite numerous complaints about it, higher ups clearly don't care. Many persons of color share a common feeling of being unwelcome, and un-valued. Classist.
