Pros

Free membership/childcare. Great membership community!

Cons

Minimal chances to advance career wise and pay wise. Creativity generally squashed. Doesn’t value fitness department and what they contribute.

Pros

Free membership Classes offered at discounted rate

Cons

No opportunity for growth Very few full time positions No raises No health benefits I liked it in the beginning but they didn’t give opportunities to get a raise throughout the many years I’ve worked here. I’m still stuck working at minimum wage being offered only two to three shifts a week. My shifts end up being only 4 hours in length. Overall not an ideal situation for anyone. Not only that but my boss has made me come in on several occasions when I’m sick because she doesn’t hire more staff then she absolutely needs. God forbid someone get sick or be in the hospital. This job has too many disadvantages for me and I will be quitting in the near future.
