what makes this a dynamic workplace, the everyday hustle. Hustle to stay calm and composed while keeping your mental health far off. I have joined this organization with a view point of working well in my career, but my dreams got thrashed as soon as I entered this beautiful looking scary place. Yes, I second other people's thought of not joining this org, as I have never seen or experienced this illuminating and boldly highlighted probation period ever in my career. You might end up doing well, you might put all your experience and well-equipped knowledge, but if your so called lead or the authorized personnel (who is leading the India office) or even HRM is not satisfied or happy with you, You ARE IN TROUBLE My Friend. Think Twice before joining. Take up any other offer, but beware and be aware for this. No product to work on, no work to even discuss on. People say the mgmt here is falling apart, I would say that even global is clueless of the whereabouts and whatabouts of this place. I wish I could give minus star rating in senior management as they're not worthy of one even getting one star. Afterall star is a star you've to earn it.

Let's start with the list:- 1) they say, India is the RnD center ..really -- what for do you even have a project to do RnD on. 2) very unfair practices be it ethical HRM or be it appraisal project. One will get as high as 60-70% hike and those who are working hard just because they are not moving as your personal assistant will either not get it or will get as low as 10%. 3) what exactly are you people working on??? 4) now that I have written this, we know we all will be called and asked for stating this truth. 5) also many others will be forced to write positive. 6) and at max, PIP this is a new thing in town.
