T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

The process was very smooth and quick. Starts out with an assessment. Then you receive an email for a digital 10 question interview. If you pass, you get an in person interview. From there your told you will receive an email within 5 business days.

Brief talk, a walk through of the center, a shadowing of a rep and another mini interview followed by a mock phone call. It took about an hour and a half. They drug it out longer than necessary. Try to show you the good, you learn the bad later.
