Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

The hiring process was very easy and accomadating. They made sure that I had the time to make the interview and if I did not they had no problem rescheduling. The interviews did not last too long but were very enegaging.

I had 2 1:1 interviews. The 1st interview lasted about 30mins. I was asked questions about pass employment? What do I think of when I hear Verizon? What task did I learn at work or in school that I apply to everyday life? How do I deal with rude customers? Describe a time when a customer had a dispute about an item or service. The 2nd interview seemed repetitive from the first.
