I went to career fair on Thursday, applied on Friday morning, got a phone call from a HR rep telling me that i was interested in me and sent me the company procedures, she told me to read it for the 1st phone screening 2 hours later. After the 1st phone interview, the recruiter told me to set up the 2nd phone interview. The first interview was more about getting to know you and general questions while 2nd one was totally behavioral questions. After the 2nd interview was a 1:1 interview with the store manager where I chose to work. I thought it didn't go well because the manager ended the interview when not all of the questions in her guide were asked. I was knida disappointed but the next morning I got a phoned call and was offered the job.

Interview
Phone interview to identify if you are competent in a retail sales environment. Then met in person with the Store Manager, and his Assistant Manager. Questions about leadership and sales experience, seemed pretty easy to connect with this manager so it was an easy in. Got called back hours later with a job offer.

Interview
Phone interview from human resources about your pervious work experience and how it relates to the company and position you are applying for. Next interview will be with the hiring manager and district manager. Interview with hiring manager and district manager very easy going. Manager and district manager will ask about your most difficult situations, team work experience, over and beyond experience, and accomplishments on pervious jobs. Sales experience and customer service experience are good skills for a sales position at Verizon Wireless. Dress business professional.
