Pros

People who you work with. Some benefits.

Cons

Not appreciated at all. Pushed to the limits. Too many managers who do not know what they are doing and so many middle men/women. Language skills are not appreciated money wise at all and you are expected to work your own small market plus ignore it to work on EN market when you would have plenty of your own market work to do! people are not paid equally when it comes to customer service.

Hi, please let me start by saying, I can assure you that we know how precious and at a premium, language skills are and the work you all do in Sunlight House and commitment to our customers never goes unnoticed. You’re correct that we don’t pay a language bonus in Manchester, nor have we ever; we DID have a bonus scheme for our CS teams a couple of years ago, but based on feedback from colleagues, we dropped this in favour of increasing base salaries. Our contact centre roles are all based with one language, but we do advertise and ask that colleagues are available to answer queries from English speaking customers when they can too. I’m sorry that you feel the language market you worked on was compromised in favour of another, I’ve noted your points and do wish you well for the future. Thanks so much, Ryan.

Pros

Clean Office At least coffee and tea is there

Cons

Employee who actually produce result , working hard must leave. Lazy , just making friends managers , who loves gossips and abuse other people’s effort to take it as themselves goes to team leader or managers . No Skilled managers, look like in school making friends base on personal reasons .
