The tv market is pretty much dead but they have boost mobile now which is awesome.

Pros

you meet some good people can make decent money if you like being on the phones all day

Cons

it's a call center, so everything is timed, they get mad at you for going 1 minute over lunch, also if you have to use the bathroom it comes out of your break time. Unbelievable. High turnover job and I see why. customers are calling in everyday to cancel and you have to convince them DISH is better than streaming LOL

A dying poorly run company

Pros

It was remote work. That's it.

Cons

These guys set unrealistic retention expectations and gas light you into believing that you are the problem. They encouraged me to drag out the cancelling process with customers in order to boost my numbers. I couldn't have left this job fast enough. The Company from the top down is poorly managed.
