Wasted a year of my life and got nothing in return.

I met some lovely friends who are now a part of my life.

Cons

Team Leaders do virtually nothing unless you nag them. HR does the bare minimum to help so their backs are covered but don't really care or help, payroll screw you at every turn by messing up your pay and take no responsibility for their actions. Only employees that are held accountable when something goes wrong are the agents. No room for progression unless you brown nose and bend over backwards, even then it's not guaranteed. This job became so stressful that I got very ill and vulnerable, I had to quit.

From Bad to Worse

Pros

- some of the people are kind and friendly - overtime is not the worst pay

Cons

- worked more hours than RBS staff but earned the same salary - employed just about anybody near the end, which was demoralising - lies were made before day one up until my last day - the training was insufficient and not comprehensive - very high turnover which, I suppose, says a lot about the company
