some funky pajama wearing employees, WAY GHETTO, structure and organization is so needed

Pros

The staff are really Friendly. They sometimes offer Overtime which is great for the salary. Good training

Cons

Customers that call through seem to find the telephone banking system too complex to understand which can make life a little hard some days, which I guess is typical in all call centres with bank vigilantes.
