Pros

none I cannot think of one. Wages are not competitive. Benefits are not exceptional

Cons

Management knew nothing of OH, FL or SC medicaid. if you did not the "script" exactly you got bad reviews. The workers they hire are unprofessional, do not show up for work & talk about their life all the time. That's ok if you have children, dogs or other noises like yelling. No problem. No salary hikes, What you are paid when you're hired is that. Remember if they offer a $1000 for sticking it to 6 mo & 1 year tells you it's a high turnover.

Pros

1) Less work and I can't think more of anything else.

Cons

1) Salary hike. 2) People won't understand and respect your opinion or feelings. 3) Management just act like robots. 4) No cab facility or fuel expects are provided. 5) Most of the times management acts like as if they don't have brain. 6) NO work life and social life balance. 7) multiple shifts and split offs. 8) No leaves will be approved, leaves are the worst to mention.

Our Performance Enhancement philosophy drives a culture of meritocracy through performance differentiation, and the salary hikes are linked to the KPIs achieved. Also, we have a team that continually reviews the compensation to be at par with market trends. We provide cab facilities during the window prescribed as per the statutory requirement. Minimal charges are deducted from employees who wish to avail transportation during non-compliance transport timings. We encourage you to discuss with the Transport team if you need any further information. Regarding the work timings, we understand that some days are great and everyone is happy, and other days can be difficult and complex. Change is constant in our business, and our teams function in a very agile manner to serve the dynamic needs of the customers. Having said that, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and our management consciously promotes the same among all Firstsourcers. We make our best efforts to make sure that employees are well-supported consistently. As you will know, all employees are entitled to avail leaves basis their working pattern which is mutually convenient to them and the business.
