      - if you are entering into BPO sector Firstsource Solutions will be one of the best co. to debut - you can learn every part related to this field - they make you provide best quality towards assisting customers - for any help you can always welcomed to your higher official (they respect employees views & opinions)

      Cons

      - less salary... - infrastructure need to be modernized at least have to maintain in working condition so that employees can fulfill their daily responsibilities !
