It's the worst place to work magnet need training high turnover off staff they sack people for stupid things but take to meany staff on for the size off the building every one is all sqwesed in together in a tiny office avoid at all cost don't pay you right no hr no number to call hr just an email adress won't give you the right nither

I loved the opportunity given for growth

It was a great place to work, I faced great opportunity, I was entrusted with more every time I succeeded at my last responsibility. I got three promotions in a span of 6 years.

Cons

However all that existed till I fell ill, till I was unable to work, they refused to authorize leave for sickness (I had 38 leaves to my credit, 18 of the present year and 20 carried forward from the previous year), further more they refused to answer calls, reply to emails and shifted the blame of not being in communication on me. They blocked my previous months salary, and 21 days of the present month as well. The icing was the way they treated me for my final settlement (gratuity and PF), I would call them every fortnight... and they would take a time of two weeks to get it resolved and I would contact them again... and again another two weeks they'd moved it. I got a job in another company but they refused to give me my relieving letter blaming the management, and the management telling me they have cleared my file and if there is anything I should only be calling the HR and not the management.
