- They were able to help us during pandemic/ typhoon with van services and relief goods provided by LBG and Firstsource. - Friendly environment -early credit of 13th month pay - Open-door policy - Annual leave conversion -Number of leaves provided by the Company to their employee

Cons

*- No oven toaster in the pantry that we can use for bread. using microwave for bread is not recommended. -Low Salary for tenured agent they offered good salary to the new hires with signing bonus - Unable to bring cold drinks like milktea,frappe, cold coffee in a spill proof cup provided by the store. - issues with statutory contributions and Governments loans
