Great Team Positive Culture with supportive teamwork

I've been with Firstsource for almost two months now, and my experience has been very positive. What impressed me the most is the people-first culture. Everyone has been welcoming, approachable, and willing to help, which made settling into a new role much easier. The work environment is collaborative, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across functions. Leaders are accessible and open to feedback, and employees are encouraged to take ownership and contribute ideas. The work can be demanding at times, especially when supporting client requirements and deadlines, but I haven't experienced unnecessary pressure. Expectations are clear, and there is good support from managers and colleagues whenever needed. Overall, it's a professional yet friendly workplace where people are valued, learning is encouraged, and hard work is recognized.
