Pros

You gain experience. They will send you everywhere in SD. You maintain progress notes and deal sometimes with demanding time management supervisors in other stores. 🙄

Cons

You get evaluated at the end of the year and if you do good you get 50cents more which is still not enough because they pay minimum.
