Pros

Great for a person just entering the field. Kind workers. The consumers really take to their workers. You get to meet a lot of people in the field.

Cons

Too much enabling the consumers. Too much recycling and billing for consumers over and over. Training does not exist, you learn through trial and error. There's no room for growth and they don't offer any learning opportunities.

Cons

top heavy organization, benefits are not the best, such a large organization it is easy to feel lost and unrecognized. Sr Mgnmt have people that have been in positions 20+ years and are reluctant to change.
