Pros

Fulfilling, meaningful, fun work. Tuition reimbursement program. Great opportunity to grow as a professional. Lots of variety in day to day job duties.

Cons

Disorganization. High turnover rate, especially among leadership, in the last few years. Slow to replace key team members; instead, workload is increased for remaining employees. Poor communication between leadership and workers.
