Pros

No pros whatsoever!! This company sucks!!!

Cons

Hired me without completing a background check first so I worked my butt off for them for a week and half just to come in one day for work to find out they were letting me go cause my background check didn't pass!! I have a Class 6 Felony from almost 5 years ago and Goodwill supposedly hires felons as long as there is no theft charges which I did not have so they lied!!!
