Pros

There really isn't any. Avoid at all costs.

Cons

Management is extremely poor, managers are rude and very impatient, lack of proper training. I wasn't told when my break was on my first day and was forced to work for TEN+ hours on a closing shift with NO break. My "training" was just to follow around a random employee and see what they do. I'm not even kidding.

They don’t let staff shop. They throw away good products even if they’re still good quality and doesn’t get bought. They underpay

Pros

You can get in many hours at Goodwill. I've seen young people become mangers if they want to or stay just a grunt.

Cons

Managers are overworked and the are some quirky characters working there that make it frustrating.
