Pros

I've worked here for 2 1/2 years, I love my coworkers and many of the costumers and supervisors. They've been great to work with.

Cons

They claim they help those with needs that are unique but with my anxiety and depression recently kicking up they've decided it is nothing. Even with documentation they will not adjust a single thing in my schedule if anything making it worse and I am distraught nearly everyday. Management does not listen, only likes their favorites or basically people that never complain and praise non stop.

Pros

I get to do whatever I want all day because management doesn’t pay employees any attention and never come to work.

Cons

They only promote you if you’re a certain ethnicity, the benefits are terrible, they use and abuse their employees adding extra workloads without proper pay. No bonuses or raises EVER. They don’t care about the clients and go against the mission of goodwill. It’s literally depressing coming to work everyday stay away from this place
