Pros

They will give pretty much anyone a job.

Cons

Micromanagement, extremely low salary for crazy expectations, they don't give you enough time to finish tasks on purpose so you will hurry. Also, it seems like people who spread rumors and spy on coworkers are the ones who are promoted. There was a girl at our Goodwill who would exaggerate and lie constantly about everyone and she was promoted to manager.

Pros

Don't, unless you are starving. Every employee there and some management are all on state aid. P.S Goodwill is actually owned by Goldman Sachs. I would find a better place to donate.

Cons

Not being fired as soon as you are eligible for benefits. The employees are instructed to lie to the customers about many things.
