You get to see cool stuff before it hits the floor. SOME coworkers are cool.

Cons

Basically everything else. Pay is bare minimum They treat you like work horses or worse rather than human beings with feelings and limited energy. They will push the quota on you daily and always be upset with you and storm around snapping at people if they aren't getting their way because they are also overworked. Zero understanding for personal issues. Sooooo much drama between processors and managers have favorites, but also talk about literally everyone.negatively behind their backs.
