Long hours and not so friendly employees but if you just focus on work You will be fine.

Friendly people, great purpose and mission. Opportunity to grow. Tuition reimbursement, focus on health such as weight watchers and smoking cessation programs

Cons

pay is kind of low, high turnover, health insurance is almost none

Pros

Co-workers are usually friendly, the work environment is pretty decent considering its still a thrift store, benefits are good for a single person, and the work schedule is not that bad. there career centers actually do alot of good work for the community.

Cons

your doing warehouse type work for min wage pay, some of the current managers have no idea what there doing half the time, benefits suck for families and couples,being a thrift store it gets very dirty, very fast on weekends.
