Business Outlook
Pros
It was fun working there with both my co-workers and the team leaders. The work was easy and we were cross trained in the many areas available; which kept us from burning out on any one job.
Cons
Towards the end of my employment it seemed as though there claims as to wanting to help those with mental and or physical challenges was lax. They wanted higher and higher numbers of items to be put out ,and a lot of pressure was put upon there employee's to be faster then they were capable of. So the handy capable were weeded out and left on the wayside in favor of big business goals!
