      Conditions were not the best, but the chances for advancement were available if you worked hard.

      Pros

      Had benefits, if you wanted to take part. And they were very good at helping you understand the benefits better if you were confused. Also, a lot of people had to volunteer their time there for community service, so it was helpful when there were extra hands

      Cons

      Dirty dusty backroom. Obviously you can not control what gets donated.

      The fact that the store opens early and at the latest you are out by 9pm

      Not enough employees, too many managers, a lot of gossip, and very unprofessional

      Pros

      A retiree from health care , i find working at Goodwill to be most enjoyable! Learning what is involved in in working in "thrift" is a great experience. To deliver the quality if mechandise we provide to our customers demand our employees to give it their all..... we do! I have visited many other simikar type stores in our area and found ours to best in price and quality! Shop Goodwill!

      Short staffed at times. This often leads to disruption of assigned tasks.
