Pros

Great Co workers!!! Not a hard job at all. Opportunity for growth after 90 days.

Cons

Terrible work hours. Manager will change the schedule with no regards to your plans on your original off day. Management needs a lot of training, talk rough both customers and employees.

Pros

This company has strong core values, integrity, and supportive leadership. They provide excellent benefits. Believe in family and allows for flex time if needed. The leadership was always available and open to creativity and open to new ideas.

Cons

Office staff could sometimes focus on the negative too much and there was a tendency to gossip. As with any not for profit you have to deal with audits and sometimes that was overwhelming at times. Overall I give the cons a 2 compared to the pros of a 5.

Pros

I dont mind working for goodwill as a college student. Its a pretty fair paying job for the work you do.

Cons

It can be annoying to deal with customers at times. Some of them can be impatient, but you learn to deal with them.
