Pros
With the exception of some of the leadership team most everyone else was good to work with.
Cons
Biggest challenge is dealing with the idiot President! Not an ounce of logistics experience, very top down/ micro managing style, zero people skills, extremely immature and way in over her head in position, almost comical... it's so bad. I wouldn't take that job for a million dollars a year. Absolute child in charge... reminds me of my daughter when she was in 8th grade. RUN don't walk away from this job!
