      The company is helping people and its easy. No one expects anything out of you. Learning the ins and outs of the second hand business.

      Cons

      Dirty, Smelling, sometimes poor management, low pay. Company does not care about you.

      Pros

      If you are the type of person that likes to grow, be pushed to the next level, and learn, this is the place for you. The leadership team supports and embraces those who aren't just satisfied with the status quo but who stand up and work to make the organization better. Because it is a smaller organization, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot that is not only applicable to other non-profits but for-profits as well. It's run much like a business with a defined strategic plan and culture and the leadership team has the highest regard for doing things the right way and developing its people.

      Cons

      The organization is growing so fast sometimes it's hard to ensure that the quality of leadership and culture at the top is pushed effectively all the way through to the leadership on the ground. Great strides have been made though.
