      Pros

      Easy to get a job, the work is easy, and it's not hard to meet and exceed expectations.

      Cons

      The people who work at Goodwill aren't the cream of the crop. It's not a job that makes you money, it's a job you get because you can't get one anywhere else.

      Awesome atmosphere. Love my customers and co-workers. My management team is awesome. I love the hours i work and the job i do.

      The mission is to be commended. Organization does a tremendous amount of good in the community. Salaries are competitive and benefits are good.
