- Positive Environment - Easy Work At this Goodwill, the team is very hardworking, respectful, & cooperative. I'd consider Alicia an "effective GM." She's a mixture of stern & caring. She ensures everyone follows rules & finishes work properly. But, she's also willing to listen if something is bothering you. ** Although, your experience with management depends on the time of your employment.
