Good teamwork, supportive co-workers, motivated, dedicated & caring management & leads. Intelligent staff. A job with a heart and mission to serve the community. Thorough training and honest attempts at career development/internal recruiting and promotions. Broad spectrum of community represented in both donors and customers (both excellent).

Cons

Limited hours, based on sales volume. Hard physical labor in a warehouse-type environment with wide temp variations and lots of smoke & chemical sprays. Minumum wage.

Co-workers are extremely friendly and fun to work with. You get to come across some really cool things that people have donated.

Cons

Immediate supervisors and upper level management need work. There is no communication and threats of loosing our jobs of we discuss problems within the store. The pay is not proportional to the amount of work we do.
