Closed all holidays.

Cons

Management. Corporate doesn't have thrift store experience. Corporate doesn't communicate with store employees for ideas. What works on paper, doesn't always translate into effective, productive sales. Lack of staffing, training. Constant changes in company policy that affects customer service. When minimum wage increased, employees with experience earned same rate as new hires. Retail Associates hourly rate same as other positions in store: Customer service (interaction with customers: dealing with complaints), balancing drawer not reflected in pay. Too much new product purchased by Goodwill. Too much product with dust on display.

Benefits mostly. They were also willing to work with my school schedule. Sometimes the former manager would give me a ride.

Cons

New manger every year almost. Policies were constantly changing. They're just looking for bodies to fill spots. Heavily reliant on community service workers.
