Pros

With a full staff, and reasonable expectations could be a great job. Pay was good for the expected work.

Cons

Too much drama and gossip , entertained by the 45 yr old managers. The pay was pretty ok for the work, but then they became unappreciative and begun to push us to produce as if we were overly staffed, when we only had half a crew. It became tiring , stressful, worried about too much including what was being said about you by management on phone calls. Disgusting. Also terrible favoritism. One employee chased out about 4 hard workers by bullying them , the vp Is his friend so they laugh about it. You’ll work about 50 hours a week and then get shamed for wanting a day off, while others will just not show up with no penalty. If you’re an honest worker, they’ll overwork and treat you like dirt under their shoe.

Pros

Friendly team members and customers, crazy finds, and lots of things to do to keep you busy

Cons

So much work it seems criminal how little they pay, you're obligated to work a quota despite how random donations are
