Ability to work on intellectually stimulating projects. Entrepreneurial attitude of colleagues Broad network of international staff opportunity to pursue new opportunities in the organization. working with leading academics

Cons

Some staff feel disconnected from HQ. New Haven isn't the most central of locations Communications with HQ and researchers can require very long days.
