      flexible hours, work from home

      Cons

      no one is there to advocate for the interpreters' needs, such as a manager who cares. you feel like just another number there. they don't really give you a raise though you are doing a great job.

      There are some very nice employee and executives. The hours are good and most departments are very flexible with changing your time. The company is really trying hard to improve their imagine as being a hard company to work at. Also trying to improve the big GAP between management and occupational. These are positive things they are doing to make a difference.

      Cons

      Greedy, bad decisions in the past, growing to fast and expecting one person to do the job of 4 people. Hiring people with no integrity.
