Pros

Working from home. That's IT!!

Cons

NO communication from company. Everything said on web page about how they value employees is a lie. Have to communicate to everyone through a request. No one take responsibility at all for anything. No raises of course (we are told NONE ever!!) Tech Support.. you are joking right??

Pros

Flexible hours when you work from home

Cons

Management is very horrible, like no one is working to answer your question when you need help! Hired you without let's you know what's pay plan you have, it's like a trap to get in and finally find out have nothing on benefit! Part-time no benefit at all, only UTO it UNPAID Payroll not responsibility on incorrect paycheck, they ignore over a week look like didn't want to pay work you work for.. Training & Material are not enough, leader is not response when you need help!
